Booking

All reservations must be made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight, which is subject to availability.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 60% of the flight cost must be made.

The rates described for the plans are subject to availability and total occupancy of the aircraft.

Cancellations


We understand things happen and so we are here to help your cancellation process as smooth as possible. Here are important facts to keep in mind:

 

In order to get a refund, a cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance, via email at reservas@helitours.com.co or by calling our Customer Service Team at (+57) 319 402 7205.

Refunds work as follows:

  • Change of minimum date with 48 hours no penalty
  • Cancellations made 15 days in advance: 90% refund
  • Cancellations made 7 to14 days in advance: 85% refund
  • Cancellations made 2 to 7 days in advance: 80% refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: 70% refund
  • No show, no call: No refund.

 

Once the cancellation notice has been given, our Team will communicate with you via email the corresponding amount of your refund and initiate the refund immediately. Refunds are processed and finalized within X to Y days. 

 

Operations will not be carried out in adverse weather conditions. In this case, we will make sure you can reschedule your experience for the most immediate available flight or request a refund. Refunds in this case are subject to a 7% administrative fee.
